Restaurant Olive's: The Olive's restaurant is located in the heart of the resort, near the garden and swimming pool. Lunch or dinner can be taken inside, in chic and elegant surroundings or on the terrace, in the shade during the hottest parts of the day or in the still of the evening. Italy and the Mediterranean are represented in all their glory here. Antipasti, salads, pasta, pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven are included in a large selection of dishes, rounded off by a selection of traditional cheeses. Market Place: Located on the first floor of the Grand Riad, the Market Place offers an outstanding view overlooking the courtyards gardens and swimming pool. Taking the form of sumptuous buffets, the colours and aromas of the Middle East, North Africa, India and Asia come together in perfect harmony. The cuisine is a show around the traditional oven, on the counter of the mezzeh, on the grilled buffet, cooked on three different grills to vary the flavours. Morjana: Located on the first floor of the Grand Riad, enjoy the refinement of traditional Moroccan decor in the Morjana restaurant. It proposes a subtle blend of tradition and innovation in both cuisine and presentation. From famous tajines and seafood pastillas to couscous royal and kebabs, or delicious pastries, every dish is a delight. Finally, the best Moroccan wines are recommended as the perfect accompaniment for each meal. Sel de Mer: The Sel de Mer restaurant, located on the first floor of the Grand Riad, welcomes you to its ocean setting with its family tables and intimate alcoves. The Sel de Mer proposes fresh or grilled seafood delicacies on a large 'barbecue' and also a wide selection of tapas, traditional gaspachos and paellas from the region of Valencia. Finally, a selection of desserts made with sorbets and fruits rounds off this voyage along the Iberian peninsula. Oasis: Next to the swimming pool, on the patio, lunch time is light time at the Oasis. Hot and cold mezzeh, grilled meat and fish and fresh desserts are served in 'wraps'. Dishes are served to enable guests to eat where they choose at the restaurant tables or besides their lounger at the pool side. Palm Grill: Taking a break from the casino action, stop for lunch or dinner at the Palm Grill, located within the casino itself. Salads, mezze hors-d'oeuvres, grills and Moroccan delicacies are available every day. The bar is also a convivial and cosy area, offering a large selection of drinks and cocktails. Club House: On the edge of the golf course, facing the Atlantic Ocean, the Club House restaurant is ideal for a little nourishment before a round or for celebrating the winning birdie. Lunch is served inside, or on the terrace, facing the breaking waves. The menu includes a selection of Moroccan dishes, sandwiches and a variety of snacks. In the colder months, soups and stews are also served.

Bar Atrium: Located in the heart of the Grand Riad, this lounge bar in a typical Moroccan style is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying traditional pastries and mint tea. A light snack menu is also available at lunch and in the evening. In the morning, a continental breakfast is also served here.
